Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate based on how many products you order:
- 1 to 3 products: $14.95, padded flat rate envelope
- 4 or more products: $25.95, medium flat rate box
Your free travel mist does not count toward that total. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, so an order placed on a Friday or over a weekend normally goes out early the following week.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. Delivery times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at sales@cruztopicals.com and we will chase it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will contact you. You will need to pay shipping again to have it resent.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email sales@cruztopicals.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you.
Bulk and gallon orders
Pain Relief Gel is available in a 1 gallon size, which is not sold through this website. Call 480-861-7804 or email sales@cruztopicals.com for pricing and shipping on bulk orders.
